LIQUID LIGHT PAINTING BY MARK LANDKAMER
I was not thinking about the Native American blankets that I see in the many shops and pueblos in and around Santa Fe, but that’s what came to mind when I finished this. I never start out thinking about Santa Fe and its environs as inspiration, as I prefer to just start a painting in a free thinking, unrestricted way. I do like where I landed with this particular liquid light painting, as it reminds me of the constant blue skies and the orange-brown earth and adobe structures here.
