ABOUT LANDKAMER ART PRINTS

What are Landkamer Art prints? Are they archival prints?
Landkamer Art prints are high-quality, archival digital pigment prints. Prints are printed on an Epson Stylus Pro 4900 DES (or larger) printer using Epson UltraChrome HDR (High Dynamic Range) inks. Landkamer Art prints are printed on acid-free Epson Hot Press Bright 100% cotton fiber paper to allow the best possible color fidelity. Collectors / Buyers tell us the prints are stunning, the colors amazing.

What is a limited-edition print?
Landkamer Art prints are limited edition. That means when the edition of 50 of a particular piece is sold out, that piece is no longer available. This increases the value of the print you purchase; the value of each print should increase over time.

How are Landkamer Art prints signed and authenticated?
Landkamer Art prints are signed in pencil with the edition number, the title of the art piece, and Mark Landkamer’s signature. Prints are also blind embossed with the official Landkamer Art seal.

Why are Landkamer Art prints shipped flat and already matted?
All Landkamer Art prints are sold matted and shipped flat in a sturdy custom portfolio. The acid free mat is archival level and is used both front and back. The mat is the recommended size for proper viewing of a Landkamer Art print. All you have to do is frame the pre-matted print. Prints cannot be framed, then shipped, because of cost and breakage reasons. Prints cannot be rolled and shipped in a mailing tube because it would damage the print.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
As is customary, each Landkamer Art print is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity that denotes the edition number, and is signed and dated by Mark Landkamer. The Certificate of Authenticity is affixed to the back of the mat.

Where can I buy Landkamer Art prints?
Landkamer Art prints are sold through our website only.

What shipping carrier does Landkamer Art use?

What if a print gets damaged during shipping?
Any damage in shipment must be reported to Landkamer Art within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email us with your tracking number or packing slip number and a photo of the damage. A photo is necessary to reship your product. Our packages are shipped with insurance for replacement costs should damage occur.
