There is such drama to this piece. There is an air of anticipation that something great is about to happen. Something regal and unexpected—but very good. I kept layering and layering over the past (dark colors) and ultimately brought a dramatic new light and life to this blue and magenta piece. I love the way these specific colors interacted with each other. This feels so up to me.
